- To conduct induction & orientation program for newly joined candidates.
- Preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, Appointment Letter, etc.
- Preparing and Employee Data Maintain regularly & documentation.
- Maintaining Books of Accounts, data entry of sales, purchases, bank &, etc.
- Invoicing, GST, TDS, Making Salary, General Admin tasks, expense & vouchers, etc.
- Work on Tally & Word, Excel, must
- Knowledge of basic Internet tasks and email, Payroll Management, Bonus Calculations, PF, ESIC, & Professional Tax, Compliance.
- Task base Performance.
